Editorial FAQ
Short answers to questions readers ask most about the field notes themselves. If you want questions about TorZon the market, see the post list.
How often are new posts published?
As events happen. Not on a schedule. A quiet month gets one or two notes. A busy month with rotations and phishing waves gets more. On average, roughly one post a fortnight.
Who writes the posts?
A small editor group that watches TorZon Market from a reader perspective. Not affiliated with the operator. Posts are signed as Editor because the project exists to publish accurate information, not to elevate a personal brand.
How do you verify a rotation?
Import the operator PGP key once, run gpg --verify on the signed rotation message, compare the onion inside to the current list. Boring, effective, four commands.
Can I submit a tip or a correction?
Yes. Use the message system on any active TorZon mirror to reach the Editor account. Corrections in prose are welcome, tips on interesting operational events even more so.
Do you take money for coverage?
No. The project has no ad slots, no sponsored posts, no affiliate links. Coverage is the coverage.
Do you cover other Tor storefronts?
Occasionally, when their operational events overlap with TorZon (a coordinated DDoS wave, a market-wide phishing pattern). The main focus stays TorZon.
Where do the mirror addresses come from?
From the operator signed rotation, verified per the workflow above. Posted to the mirrors page after verification.
Is there an RSS feed?
Not currently. The front page lists the most recent posts and updates when new ones publish. Subscribe by reloading, essentially.
